Demand Letter Example – Once your have thoroughly digested the roadmap, below is an example “Demand Letter.” Feel free to copy and use it, but I have been advised that you should make it your own in terms of your own payment default situation.

Demand Letter Results – Please follow this to the letter and send us your results if you have sent demand letters so that we can compile and present all of your responses to the Texas Secretary of State and the Texas Grand Jury, as well as the United States Federal Grand Jury.

THE STATE OF TEXAS IS NOW TAKING CYBER CRIME COMPLAINTS

The State of Texas is now taking cyber crime complaints if you do not live in Texas, that includes those who do not live in the United States. Below will be the link to use to file your complaint. It is extremely important that we all make our complaints in order to get the right action taken and for people to start getting a resolution to this nonsense. The form is very easy to fill out. If you don’t understand something or have questions, please send me an email to cindyovereem@icloud.com. This way everything is documented and can be admitted into evidence. When the site asks for “Company”, I put DE MARKETING, LLC because that is the parent company. In the section where you give your account of what has happened, I mentioned DE MARKETING, LLC (Cliqly, David Beeson/Principle, Bobby Jones/Manager). By doing this I have included the names of those involved in the fraud. You are also going to need the county where DE MARKETING, LLC is doing business, which is Harris County. Use the Tomball address on your Demand Letter for their business address. If you have not sent your Demand Letters, the address can be found in the Roadmap Section. Please send your Demand Letters. This is necessary for your complaint with regard to doing everything you can to contact DE MARKETING, LLC to get your commissions. I used bobbyprivate@cliqly.com for the email. That email is still functioning, however, it just is never responded to when a Cliqly member sends an email.

If you have received your 1099-NEC and the amount paid is incorrect, you can file a claim on this site as well. I am doing separate complaints. You can file a claim here if you did not receive a 1099-NEC. If your amount is incorrect, be sure to give copies of your monthly statements for 2024 for the institution where you were to have received payments. This is to show you were not paid. This is the same if you received some but not all payments. Let your tax professional know of the discrepancy and provide them with the correct amount for commissions you actually received. They have a specific form to fill out for you. I will research to see if we can file a claim with the IRS as well and update as soon as I have information. Do not discard your 1099-NEC, even if it is incorrect.
